Morocco photographed with iPhone 11 Pro & Black Eye Lenses

Salam Aleikum!

In November, we sent our photographer Damon Beckford to the land of colors and contrasts, Morocco. Equipped with the new iPhone 11 Pro and a kit of different Black Eye lenses, we wanted to see what kind of photographs he was able to capture from this vibrant country in Northern Africa.

Damon started his trip from the magical, bustling city of Marrakech exploring the old palaces, ruins, and busy streets. From there, he embarked on a long bus ride to the one and only, Sahara desert. Climbing big dunes, riding on camels, and seeing the sun rising from the desert, this was the highlight of his trip. It was especially interesting to see how the iPhone 11 Pro camera performed in the pitch dark desert during night time. It’s pretty amazing how advanced the camera technology is in this new phone.

After returning from the desert Damon took off to the coast and headed to the photogenic and windy city of Essaouira for a couple of days.

From Essaouira, he rented a car and drove up and down the coast, surfing in the little surf and fishing village Imsouane for the rest of his trip. Damon said that Morocco is the perfect surf destination as it’s not too far away from Finland, it’s cheap, has fantastic waves and friendly people.

All the photographs have been taken by Damon Beckford with an iPhone 11 Pro and using different Black Eye Lenses and accessories. He said that the Pro Kit G4 is the only thing you’ll need to capture you’re next trip!
